Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BLVD Frames, we genuinely care about our customers and your experience with us. Your satisfaction matters, and our team is always here to help make things right when possible. If something isn’t working for you, we’re happy to assist.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Protective film (if applicable) must be intact

  • Original case, cloth, and packaging must be included

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage are not eligible

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Prepare Your Package

Please include a note inside the package with:

  • Order Number

  • RETURN or EXCHANGE

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Item(s) requested for exchange (if applicable)

⚠️ Please do not tape notes to the sunglasses case or packaging.


2. Ship Your Return

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection


3. Notify Us

Once shipped, email support@blvdframes.com with your tracking number so our customer service team can monitor your return.
Returns sent without tracking information may experience processing delays.


4. Processing Time

  • Once received, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Exchanges ship after processing and inventory confirmation


International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Customs fees are non-refundable

  • If a return is refused due to unpaid duties, we cannot process the return


Shipping & Handling Times

  • 95% of orders ship within 1–2 business days

  • Priority orders ship before standard orders

  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff (Second Day & Overnight):
Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST to ship the same day. Orders placed after may ship the following business day.
